Embolden Foundation is dedicated to encouraging the self-sustainability of men, women and youth through food. Our mission is to bring a nonprofit restaurant offering culinary training and life skills for the underserved, the underprivileged, at-risk youth, and those simply in need.
We are raising funds for our “home”: a restaurant where we can accommodate our training efforts. As part of our fundraising efforts, we collaborate with local chefs and host pop-up dining experiences throughout Northeast Wisconsin to raise awareness and garner support for our mission. These experiential dining experiences are held in unexpected, untraditional venues. Our five-course cuisines are of five-star quality. You may have heard of our culinary disruptions at the Watermark and the Flying Pig in the spring and summer of 2016.
We are humbled by the graciousness of those who have volunteered and come aboard to move our mission forward. As we continue to grow, we will share our progress on this site. We look forward to you being part of our story!
